Booking Policy

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancellations

Guests may cancel or reschedule their booking at least 24 hours before the scheduled ride time.

Late Cancellations

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled ride may not qualify for a refund.

No-Shows

No-shows are non-refundable. Guests are advised to arrive on time for check-in and safety briefing.

Weather or Operational Changes

If Melitos Excursions cancels or postpones a ride due to weather, safety, or operational reasons, guests may choose to reschedule or receive a refund.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method where possible.
