Refund and Returns Policy

Our refund policy follows the cancellation timelines above:

Approved cancellations made within the allowed notice period (24 hours or 48 hours depending on the booking) qualify for a full refund.

Cancellations made outside of the allowed notice period are non-refundable, regardless of the reason.
