Cancellation Policy

At Melitos Tanzania, we understand that travel plans can change. Our cancellation timelines are designed to offer flexibility while allowing us to properly prepare for every quad biking adventure experience.

Standard Quad Bike Rides

(Fun Ride, Adventure Ride & Explorer Ride)

Cancellations or changes made 24 hours or more before the scheduled ride are permitted.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the activity are not accepted.

Private Group & Custom Quad Bike Experiences

Private bookings, group rides, and customised experiences require at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or changes.

Cancellations made within 48 hours are not accepted.

Operational Cancellations

Melitos Tanzania reserves the right to cancel or reschedule rides due to:
  • Unsafe weather conditions
  • Safety concerns
  • Mechanical or operational issues
  • Minimum booking requirements not being met
In such cases, guests will receive:
  • A full refund, or
  • The option to reschedule at no additional cost.
